A uniformed janitor is present on site to provide a variety of services that maintain the property’s aesthetic, including, but not limited to, trash removal, cleanup of common and smoking areas, wipe down of exterior ledges and frames, sweeping of building stairs, etc. They also report issues such as graffiti and other maintenance needs to management for further service.

We remove stains, debris, gum, soda, and surface oils from sidewalks, buildings, and any other hard surfaced areas. Work is done with truck or trailer-mounted commercial steam cleaners. This renews the luster that both environmental and human elements have taken away. We abide by city requirements, time restrictions and green practices.

All public areas are hand blown or vacuum swept at each visit. Trash receptacles are emptied and trash liners will be replaced. Areas include main entrances, sidewalks, walkways, curbs, alleys, etc.

We maintain all lawns, shrubs, and plants on the property. This service includes mowing grass, trimming ground cover, shaping shrubs, removing weeds, fertilizing, and watering planted areas, etc. Landscaped areas are handpicked of all cans, bottles, and debris.

Removal of unwanted vandalism and graffiti. Our team primes and paints the targeted area to best match the surrounding surfaces.

This covers upkeep of property needs and regulations such as tenant improvements, ADA compliance, construction work, and any other services that may require a licensed contractor. California General Contractor License #968489
